'This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. The taxi’s were very expensive around the island and traffic was terrible so you need to be strategic to pick up your groceries and time of travel to avoid traffic. 'Ideal spot for honey moon or celebrating special occasion with significant other. My wife and I came for our 10 year anniversary and scheduled a photo shoot on the premises. The rooms were surreal. I would highly recommend opting for the room with pool. Stunning views and more spacious room. All in all an Amazing experience from start to finish, highly recommend! '

'Location of the property was great, it was a short walk to the beach at Sandals. It was quiet and I felt very safe. Apartment was very nice and comfortable Short drive to a grocery store. We made many meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We went on many tours and were picked up at Sandals La Toc which was very convenient. Overall very happy and we truly enjoyed our stay.'

'Everything was wonderful, our party of 6 had more than enough room for ourselves. If we had one hiccup to mention it would be about the lack of air in the common areas. We could not commune comfortably. Also Marcus and his son Josh the drivers was total GEMS they was so great to deal with and really took care of us. Would definitely stay at Villa Xona again.'

"This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
