'We would give 10 stars if this website let us! The staff was absolutely amazing, starting from a personalized greeting, warm welcome, and tour of the property. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The estate itself is the most beautiful property, with lush greenery and fairytale-like ambience. 'Beautiful structure in typical local style. Very friendly staff and always ready to answer your questions with a smile. The food at the restaurant is good but not at the highest level you can experience in the area. We enjoyed the location a lot being very close to Pienza and Montelpulciano. Unfortunately the rooms are quite close to the main road and it can get noisy early in the morning. The view on Pienza is simply marvellous as well as the country road to Monticchiello.'

'Der Aufenthalt im Tenuta Sovestro hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das ältere landwirtschaftliche Gebäude wurde sehr schön renoviert, die Ausstattung ist modern und gepflegt. Es ist für alles gesorgt, das Team ist immer freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. San Gimignano ist zu Fuß über eine Straße abseits vom Verkehr in 30 min zu erreichen. Wir können das Tenuta auf jeden Fall empfehlen.'

"We stayed at one of the apartments for 3 nights. What we like: + Very spacious and beautiful area with unique atmosphere. + People are friendly + Beautiful garden (only open in the morning during breakfast). + Free parking outside + Cosy bar and restaurant What we dislike: - There are different types of apartments: the rooms with different heights (with different window sizes). Unfortunately, we received the apartment with lower height & small window. The room decoration a bit too dated. Toilet is downstairs only, therefore, during the night we had to walk to wC downstairs every time. - Breakfast is a bit simply, but for 1 or 2 nights should be still okay. - It is possible to choose "no cleaning service" via Tablet in the room, nevertheless, staff did not look at it and continue its service. until we aligned with the reception"
