'In general a very basic hotel. I booked a Junior Suite (as the booking price then was the same as a standard room, but bormally it’s not). The extra space though did not contribute in any way to more comfort, actually just a greater distance to the small and worn out bathroom. Don’t get fooled by the pictures, the “decor” in the room not very appealing. Breakfast was the worst I had so far in Italy. My Spa appointment was cancelled by them half an hour after it was confirmed. Pool-area was...

Als ik 1 nadeel moet omschrijven dan is het dat de supermarkt 15 minuten rijden is, verder geef ik de ligging en de hele accomodatie een dikke 10.'

'We loved our stay in Bigozzi. The weather was not on our side so we were extremely happy that the accommodation was so good - even the heating was on although it was April! Interiors are decorated tastefully with a good balance between rustic and modern giving customers a feeling of being in the countryside, without lacking what any modern comfort. We are definitely going back, but this time we'll try to choose a better season so that we can also use the pool! Grazie mille!'
