Appartementen in Caseyville

'We were in town for a softball tournament for my daughter, and the property was just as described. Cold air-conditioning, fast, Internet, and great appliances and sleeping arrangements. My only concern is that there was no hot water for showers. I messaged the owner through the Vrbo app twice and never received a response regarding this. I did receive messages from the owner in regards to taking out the garbage for garbage pick up at the curb and for check-in and check out instructions. Just...

'Very spacious clean old house apartments'

'Honestly, we will absolutely be staying here again. The host was honest about the property listing. You are close to train tracks, like extremely close. However, we expected disruptions due to the listing so that wasn't a problem. The portable AC in the living room was really loud, so we had to turn the volume up loud on the TV and felt like we were being rude to our neighbor, but we couldn't hear the TV otherwise. Great stay/location at a great price. Water pressure in the shower was...

'Nice area, very well kept house and easy check-in process. Good parking'

'Great stay as always! Clean, affordable, great area. I’ll stay here again for sure.'

'The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

'I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless...

'Very beautiful unit. Very clean. Host was accommodating when a double booking occurred. We were very communicative about the situation and their solution. The walls are thin between units but other than that, I would stay again!'

'We came for an event at America's Dome and this location is perfect. A couple small restaurants, coffee shop and groceries all within 1/ block. The apartment is wonderful, clean and very well secured. '
