Hôtel près de Cascades du Rio Turbio (Pucón)

« This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica. It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine. »

« Très accueillant. Hôtel très confortable et très propre. Super petit déjeuner »

« Beautiful place and clean!! »

« Chambre impecable, personnel courtois, aimable »

« Two things made this place a solid choice for us. First, the location is amazing - a few blocks from the lake, and very close to the downtown restaurants, etc. Second, Nahir (who worked there and greeted us) was incredibly kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to assist in every way she could. The place itself is quite rustic - we were there in late fall and it was a bit hard to stay warm in the cabin. At night it was okay, but in the afternoons we were...

« Hairdryer and easier checkout Ways to pay clearer on website »

« Everything was great except breakfast… it’s NOT buffet! They give you a small eggs portion and you can’t request a second one… »

« Cabañas muy comodas y eficientemente equipadas. Buena ducha »

« Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also »
