I reserved the perfect room because of special guests that had disabilities. The parking was the best. Reserved handicap sign on the ground for parking at the door for easy access to the room. The father and son team (Mr. Patel) made our stay private and good. First time in Georgia, first time at the Red Roof. We will definitely reserve again. Appreciate the process. THANKS đ đđđđđ
I stayed in room 117 and it was horrible! It was a room with smoking and straight up stunk. Heat, Air and fan didn't work. There was mens beard or mustache hair all over the sink and counter, blood on the door trim and I don't even want to know on the door. The beds were horrible and broken down with burn holes in the bedding. Pillows were very flat and gross! One of the worst hotels I have stayed in all around the world. Very noisy as well.
I would have rather slept outside in the cold for the was i was treated charged an spoke to i booked for the jetted tub room for a week but the reservation wasnt there called an made one directly with redroof paid 10 dollars more for a regular room the tub didnt have a stopped the room wasnt cleaned 3beer the fridge didnt work remained with broken fridge 2 days the sink flooded the floor outside the bathroom no toliet paper when i asked to be switched rooms they where rude an didnt move me i ask for towels because i only had 2 i was told i need to purchase them when i booked with red roof over the phone i was charged 441.40 Which I assumed Being as we discussed me having 3 dogs, I need a pet fee included because I was not purchasing it with.My card and i believed 441.40 was what my 7 day stay would cost i got to the property to be charged 485.73 because supposedly when i booked an gave card it was for no reason they assured me that the card hadnt been charged because the actual charges would be until check out but they needed to run it s it was on file which both statements where a lie i got my key an took my dogs To my room and the front desk was calling me telling me that I needed to come back down and pay for my other 2 dogs.Another 210 for even with customer service complains an trying to talk to front desk 1,137.13 is what my step dads card was charged fr a 7 day stay that would have been better outside especially after just losing everything i own in a house fire
Our check-in went trouble free, room was really clean. And they had a good breakfast option, great price which was very important.. overall... great.. ty for a good experience
I was in a pinch to get my daughter under a safe place for the night. The staff worked with me and put her up somewhere that I knew she would be safe while away from home. THANK YOU
