'I would expect much more from a quality inn. This place was the worst I ever stayed. Part of the building outside my room was destroyed. The smoke detector was missing. No tissue, terrible wifi and no cell service. Pools was down, no breakfast. Room and furniture was gross. I would not recommend staying here.'

'We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...

I highly recommend the Plaza which was right off the main street through Carson City, near great restaurants (eat at Red's) and I will stay here whenever I am in Carson!'
