Flats in Carson Valley

'We stayed over Christmas 2024 and this was the perfect vacation spot. The view is post card quality, better than the pictures show. Parking was not a issue, but the lot did fill up by night. The interior was updated and comfortable. The fireplace did not work, but it was noted in the original listing. There was an electric fireplace under the TV, which gave a wintertime cozy feel. The chairlift was a close drive away, not quite a comfortable walkable distance in ski boots. Check in / out...

'The rental was clean just enough room for the 8 of us I enjoyed the location we saw so many bears it was beautiful The only thing that I can say was a downer was the that you share the cabin with a tenant who lives there, and it wasn’t in the description I assumed it was the whole cabin but it’s only the 2 top floors and we weren’t aloud to park in drive way which also was unfortunate Other than that it was great close walk to the lake and shops great location '

'Quiet and large condo two story plus a loft. Feel like a cabin'

'So fun and so great. Short drive from Safeway and prices aren’t so bad if you give them your phone number at checkout and apparently that’s all it takes to get “member” pricing. The bed in the bedroom by the door was miserably hard and no pillow top either. All the other beds were great. The loft was so fun for our 7 year old. Windows everywhere and such a great view no matter which way you look. We did encounter a pretty big bear while trying to throw away the rest of our trash but he was busy...

'Great townhouse condo in Kings beach. 2 min drive to beach and 10 mins to Northstar. The place is large and has all the details you look for in a rental. This place was great for our family of 6. The older boys stayed in the loft and the two large bedrooms downstairs were great. Would stay again. Easy access to rhe condo from parking. '
