'The staff is excellent and very friendly. Fausto, Jacinto, Kaisley ( at the Royal reception) and the other receptionist at Royal, the receptionist at the 5th Floor, the people who received us including the guy who left our baggage. The hotel is very good and the location also was excellent. '

'Valet service was a great touch. There’s a mall connected to the hotel which is great for walking and exploring. Many local supermarkets in walking distance for local snacks and meals. Hotel offers a wide spread menu as well if you don’t wanna explore the city of Santiago '
