"Overall a great say at Hue’s, 6 nights in which we were have been well taken care of. Here’s the pro’s and con’s. PRO’s - Friendly staff - Great location, 4 mins walk from the beach - Comfortable bed - Great amenities, huge pool and lots of games free of charge (ping pong, pool, etc) - Good gym with all the basic equipment you may need, plus they aren’t too strict on opening hours 👍 CON’s - Deposit upon check in seems excessive (~$150 USD) — the highest I’ve seen in SE Asia. Emphasis was put on the cost for potential damages, giving a bad first impression - After check in, we were escorted to the wrong room, then were asked to move to another once we had already settled in 👎 - Expedia confirmation states airport transfer is included (but small additional fee could be charged). We ended up booking on klook our roundtrip airport transport as it was much cheaper than what the hotel was offering (1000 pesos each way) - Hotel is way more family friendly than we thought. We found out packages are sold on klook for people to come to use the hotel’s facilities, which may explain why there were so many families at the pool - If you are a smoker, note that their designated smoking area is a sad and uncomfortable one — you are put in a corner, next to the parking (it’s literally a shame area with 3 chairs) - A/C in room keeps being turned on & off at night (to save energy i presume) resulting in an unpleasant raise of the temperature while sleeping - Pool could be cleaner"

"La chambre très sombre on aurait cru être dans un sous sol. Impossibilité d’ouvrir les volets ( vis à vis passage) quantité d’eau chaude limité CHAMBRE NON INSONORISÉ ! Le bruit !!!!!! Et le petit dej … "

"Hôtel agréable en deux parties : des chambres côté plage et d’autres de l’autre côté de la rue. Nous étions côté plage au dernier étage pour être plus tranquille. Malheureusement pour nous, de part et d’autre de notre chambre, nous avions des voisines très bruyantes qui parlaient fort dans le couloir et dans leur chambre la nuit, qui rentraient très tardivement en discutant et en claquant leur porte…. Les points positifs : accueil chaleureux, personnel très serviable, chambre bien équipée et d’assez bonne taille, petit déjeuner compris, belle plage devant l’hôtel . Les points négatifs : la conception de l’hôtel, on va et vient de la plage au restaurant et donc, beaucoup de sable partout, les pauvres employés n’arrêtent pas de balayer. Au petit déjeuner, choix de fruits limité et peu de céréales."
