'The room was clean the bed was comfortable but the shower area needed major repair. The flush button on the toilet was broken,the soap dispenser was broken and the shower doors didn't meet. The door into the room was difficult to unlock. The Hotel needed updating generally.'

'Convenient location and clean. Easy checkin with the key available from pub across the road. Had unusual single cup kettle and coffee maker and good selection of teas and coffees. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding...

'De kamer stond propvol met meubelstukken die geen enkel nut hadden. Je kon amper rond het bed lopen. Wij waren in kamer Tokio. Badkamer was OK. Het hotel is vooraan gelegen aan een 4-baanse hoofdweg. Aan de achterkant een andere drukke baan. Luchtkwaliteit was allicht erg slecht.'

'It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites. The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen. Will definitely come again.'

'The bed was ok, clean sheets and towels but smell a bit strange, for one night after party is a good, for this price you can not complain. Is loud in there you can hear everything, they can add earplugs for every room that will be nice. Overall not that bad 😊'

'Stay was ok. Family Room: Spacious, even with 2 childrens beds (full single size) set up despite our booking had only 1 child. Big criticism is that those beds were very uncomfortable: basic, hard & no padding, could feel the springs. King size bed was more comfortable though also requiring a thick padded layer. Gave our shoulders pins & needles so we had to use all the spare pillows which we may not have had if the room was correctly made up. Bathroom & main bedroom lighting like floodlights....

'De hotel en locatie zijn verder prima, perfect voor een korte reis. De lift daar en tegen was niet zo goed, het duurde telkens veel te lang voor dat ie op je verdieping was en de speakers in de lift bleven bij elke verdieping maar aangeven dat de deuren open en dicht gingen. Na een paar dagen woed dat heel vervelend.'

'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'
