• Outdoor Activities: Kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing charters depart right from the resort marina. Captiva Cruises (0.5 mi) offers dolphin-watching and shelling excursions departing from the resort's own docks. Turner Beach Park (3.5 mi), a favorite local spot for shark tooth hunting, sits at the island's south tip.
• Places to Visit: Explore Andy Rosse Lane (0.9 mi) boutiques and galleries in Captiva Village, visit the historic Chapel-by-the-Sea (1.2 mi), and relax at Alison Hagerup Beach Park (0.3 mi), a quiet public beach access point on the island.

Please note: From October 12, 2026, Captiva Landing is closed for enhancements (including Bottlenose Bay, Gulfstream Lazy River, The Cove Pool and The Arcade) until further notice. During this time, Bayview Pools, Sunset Beach, beaches, dining and golf remain open, while Camp-tiva has relocated and runs 7 days a week with complimentary activities. Half Day, Full Day sessions will still commence with Kids Night Out on Fridays only. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while the enhancements are underway.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Resort fee: USD 40 per guest aged 13 and over, per night, payable at check-in. It covers Sunset Beach amenities (chairs, towels and umbrellas), Wi-Fi, private parking, resort trolley access and Bayview Pools. Children 12 and under are complimentary.
• Damage deposit: A pre-authorization will be applied to your credit card and released after departure, provided no damage or additional cleaning is required.
