'This was a very quiet neighborhood. It was about equal distance to the northernmost and southernmost part of the beach. Publix was a 10-15 minute walk for groceries. The place was clean and the host did an excellent job of communicating. '

'This rental was listed as having a heated pool as one of the amenities which is one of the reasons I rented it. It did not have a pool. When I reached out to the landlord to ask where it was he never responded back. Also, the drain in the shower did not drain properly. There was standing water after several minutes into the shower that took about 15 minutes to drain after taking a shower. This was also communicated to the landlord with no response back. Poor communication and false advertisement...

'This studio was very clean and had all your basic needs covered (fresh towels/clean sheets and spotless utensils). It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has its own private entryway.
