Overall the property was GREAT! Enough room that all 12-13 of us could have our own rooms and space but have dinner all together, usually on the spacious lanai. The two pools were nice. One was cloudy when we were there, but it did not stop as from enjoying it every day.We rented a pontoon while there. It was easy to dock and quick access to the river was awesome. I recommend it highly as being on The water is what makes Cape Coral special. The owner visited a couple of time and was nice, easy to talk to and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. The house is close to everything and was everything we needed. Will definitely look to stay again.

Spring Break 2025

The whole family enjoyed the property. It worked very well having two units. Having one pool heated and one not, was different but did work. We had some minor applicance/pool issues - the response time was fantastic!! Their team went out of their way to make our vacation run smoothly! Look forward to visiting again!

We had 4 adult couples and 5 young children. House had 7 beds and 7.5 bathrooms which accommodated the 13 people very well. Would prefer if units were connected but still worked well with pool area connecting units.

Great Christmas stay

We loved staying at Villa Euphoria and as a family of 10 we still had enough space to be all together or have some 'me time' alone - the house is huge and so is the surroundings. Nothing were missed inside the house - everything needed were there and we loved spending time in the heated pool. However, you could wish that the owners would re-invest some of the earnings into the outside of the house - the garden furniture, the pool and deck area is quite dated and could need a long overdue update and a bit of cleaning up in the garden would also help - but all in all a great stay.

The house is great for a large/extended family. It is mostly clean, but could definitely use a good deep clean. The pool description is a bit confusing, only one of the pools can be heated and it’s the smaller of the two. Great location. Overall we had a great time.

Nice House for a Big Group

We loved our stay here - this was our replacement home (since our place on North Captiva was flooded by the hurricane). We all loved the pools. The separate living space in the rear was nice, with multiple families in our group. The location was nice and quiet. While clean from dust and debris, the house is overall in need of some deep cleaning. The decor is nice, but the structure is a bit dated, paint, floors, etc are worn. I would recommend this place to my family and friends - we really enjoyed our stay. The management team was very responsive to our needs.

Great Size but needs work

This place was the perfect size for our family. Great laundry in both sides. Beds, sheets, lots of towels, and blankets all very nice. Fridge in garage was great extra. Good fishing canal. Decor is very out dated. Patio and pool chairs are falling apart. Some chairs have sharp fixer screws that cute my daughter’s leg, twice. Tile by pool are loose and dangerous. Ran out of hot water fast. Thought I was paying for both pools to be heated, yet only one was warm. Other one is ice cold and was not used at all. Would we stay again? Only if things were changed. We did have a great time together!

Perfect for large families

Nice home, difficult management company

Overall, our stay was very nice. We had a family of 14 between the two houses and it was very convenient to have some separation as the littles went to bed and the adults could stay up. We did have some issues with the pool, communication was poor, resulting in 3-4 days of no use of one pool. We were promised credit but have yet to see that and I felt scolded when I asked about it nearly two weeks ago.

Great Property for large families

The property is beautiful, especially the floors. The two pools were wonderful; however, it would have been nice is the larger pool was heated, since we have a large family. Also, during our stay, the property was not properly cleaned, but the managing company did offer to come back. I think they need to hire a new cleaning company, My suggestion, would be to update the bathrooms to include hand held shower heads.

Villa Euphoria Good Times

A weeklong getaway for 10 lifelong friends. Excellent location. 2 pools and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Will definitely consider this property next time we are in Cape Coral.

They thought of everything!

Our party of 14 family & friends had a wonderful week stay at this property. The property was clean and fit our group well. What I really appreciated was how it was stocked with the "little" things that many other properties I have stayed in over the last decade did not have. There were plenty of pool toys, games, chairs, and seating areas for all members of our group to enjoy. The house is gorgeous and check-in was seamless. I highly recommend this property for any large group to stay in.

Great house!

The house is beautiful and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The location is good and walkable to some restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were better than expected. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Villa nightmare

Day 1- Check-in at 4 pm but the house was ready at 5 pm Heated pool did not work Day 2- Heated pool still not working. Day 3- the pool water was freezing because it was very windy and rained a lot , so we called at 12 to try and get heated pool working. They told us someone would call me at 6pm… after we got upset and complained it was at 1pm that they called. Day 4: We left 20 minutes later than 10, our fault. Now at 10:08 we had a cleaning crew outside which was fine except for when the rude guy was like “GO GO GO” and saying whatever else in Russian. Then proceeded to film the dog and us! That got me so heated! We had payed a deposit for the dog, we left 20 minutes later, but started 1 hour later cause of them. The only respectful person was customer care on the phone by the name of Jason, and apologized for our frustrations!

An overall good rental, but a few hiccups…

This was our first experience renting a vacation home with VRBO and Turnkey Vacations. The house was tidy and definitely well over enough space for my group. Just as pictured and the canal located behind the home was perfect. Everything was a short drive or a nice walk away. Nevertheless, it was pleasantly suitable with a few key glitches. We were booked for 5 days’ vacation. On the first day, we had some trouble with getting the main living room area TV to work. I contacted Turnkey who attempted to assist us but couldn’t quite offer us a solution. It wasn’t until we tried the remote controls from the other bedrooms that we realized that there wasn’t a remote control for the living room or missing. The King bathroom shower/tub faucet wasn’t working. The handle kept spinning and the water wouldn’t turn on. I contacted Turnkey to inform them of the non-functioning bathroom. I was pleased to receive a call within the hour from the local team stating that a repair person was in route. The repair person was a no-show, I made a couple of calls to check on the status. The repair guy showed up the afternoon before we were checking out. The garbage cans were at full capacity on the side of the house on the day we arrived. There were notices posted and emails sent about the trash policy that the garbage is to be disposed of in the cans and pulled to the street for Monday pickup. We arrived on a Tuesday, the amount of trash in there must have been there from the previous occupants because from the flies it appears like it was missed for a couple of weeks. I did contact Turnkey for guidance on how to dispose of our garbage and unfortunately, they had no suggestion. We ended up sitting them outside on top of the cans. Both pools were rather nice but there were no instructions on how to control the heated pool. There was signage in the kitchen with a light switch for the regular Pool, but it didn’t quite work properly. The lights wouldn’t remain on, we would have to flick them on/off a few times in order for the lights to come on. There are countless switches throughout the rooms and areas of the house, but not labeled accordingly. To access the 3 bedrooms (2nd house), you have to walk outside through the pool area to enter. But overall, decent house, managed with the hiccups, but not too pleased with the attention to our issues and timeliness. Just some necessary due diligence to prepare for the guests would make a happier customer.

Cape Coral stay

We had a larger group stay at this house and we had an amazing time. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to have everyone. My only negative was the cleanliness of the home. There were dishes put away that were dirty, dishes still in the dish washer from a previous stay, and wet towels folded as if they were clean. Minus that everything else was perfect and we had a great time and stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

After looking at many VRBO listings, this home appeared to meet our needs the most for a large family vacation. It did not disappoint! We had several family members with us on our stay and there were several features that truly made our stay fantastic. Most notably, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, the two kitchens aided in plenty of room for food/beverages, the kids loved the two pools and the ample patio furniture was a huge plus for our family. The dock and canal was a bonus! We we rented a boat for two days and it was so convenient to tie it to the dock out back. Truly the only negative was not knowing that the landscaper would be arriving before 7 am and weed waking/mowing for about an hour our first morning there. Luckily we had plenty of coffee that morning! We loved watching the boats go by from the patio and the kids enjoyed catching lizards. Location, location! We loved how close we were to the grocery store, dining, and entertainment. We didn't expect any pool toys but were pleasantly surprised to have a bunch of floating tubes and pool noodles to entertain the kids for hours. We will definitely be back!

I was told to take the garbage out Sunday which I did, garbage people only emptied 1 can although both were half full prior to my stay.....not sure why but other than that place was great and weather was 80 thanks

Very nice sized property, was adequate for the 14 adults vacationing together. Few strange things and could have been cleaner. Definitely needs a coat of paint in and out. Overall it was a good choice for us.
