Inside, the home offers bright, comfortable living spaces and a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The master bedroom includes a dedicated office space, perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure.

* * Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks are to be used at your own risk.

Security Cameras: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property. Cameras are located at the front door. Cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

For your convenience your home will be stocked with a one-time, complimentary starter kit of the following items: toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom); paper towels (1 roll); soap (1 bar or liquid soap each at the shower and bathroom sink); dish soap, for washing dishes by hand (1 small bottle); dish soap, for dishwasher (enough for 6 loads); laundry detergent (small bottle) (enough for 6 loads; 1 small package dryer sheets); trash bags (1 in each trash can; extras under the kitchen sink); coffee pods (1 per guest for first day).
