Enjoy spectacular water views while making your own pizza creation in the pizza oven and sipping wine in the large lanai. Take a Peloton ride while enjoying water views, or sizzle up steaks on the grill and vegetables in the air fryer while dining alfresco. Take a dip in the private, heated and lighted pool after sunbathing on the 4 relaxing lounge chairs. The pool is maintained weekly and will be the perfect temperature for your enjoyment. Pool towels as well as lounging rafts are provided. Try your hand at fishing or crabbing right from the dock. Fishing rods and crab traps are included.

Bring your boat or rent one nearby and tie up at your private dock right at the canal. Padded dock with cleats for boat rental tie up. (please note- boat lift is not available for use). Grab lunch at one of the various bars and restaurants on the water or take a cruise to Fort Myers beach or Sanibel Island. Enjoy bridge free access to the nearby river or the Gulf beyond.

The 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan boasts a brand new gourmet kitchen which comes fully equipped with everything you need to create amazing meals, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, spacious brand new cabinets, bar stool seating for 5 as well as a beautiful new dining table that seats 6.

The luxurious bedrooms are all on the main floor and separated by the living room for added privacy.
Then master bedroom is very large with views of the water, 2 chest of drawers are available for your clothing, a large television and a private full bathroom equipped with a shower and a sunken tub. A hairdryer is provided as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner, and towels. The closets in the Master are for owners use only.

There are two warm and inviting additional bedrooms each with spacious closets and large screen televisions. An Xbox is provided to entertain the children while the parents enjoy a cocktail on the lanai or the comfortable outside furniture on the captain's walk near the water. And the fourth bedroom includes as an office desk that has a Wi-Fi printer and scanner as well as a full bed and a single trundle bed and a large screen television. There is a second full bath equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner as well as a hairdryer. This bathroom has a shower as well as a tub for bathing.

There are plenty of rooms to relax both outside and inside this home. The living room encourages you to unwind in one of the Italian leather recliners or take a nap on the Italian soft leather couch. The glass doors open completely to the lanai which further enhances views of the water.

This SW home is conveniently located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood yet very close to area shopping. It is monitored by Infinity security and there is a security camera in the lanai as well as by the front entrance. There are no security cameras inside the home to maintain your privacy. The security cameras monitor activity when it is vacant and the cameras are not monitored while there are guests in the home unless there is an incident that required review.

If you choose to venture out in the community, you will find fabulous restaurants. (Two Meatballs is a favorite of ours). There are beaches, grocery stores, nature preserves for beautiful hikes, SunSplash Family Waterpark, Bowland and many other activities a short distance away.

Parking is available in the driveway. The garage can be accessed from inside the home but parking is not available inside the garage and no garage remote openers will be provided.

Prior to your arrival, you will be provided with an individualized security access code for your entire stay at the home. This will allow you immediate access to the home anytime after 3 on your day of arrival.

Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink, first aid kit can be found in cabinet above refrigerator.

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Great location, very clean, beautiful house I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. 10 out of 10 for sure.
