Welcome to Pineapple Cove, a comfortable Cape Coral retreat where pool days, hot tub relaxation, and a convenient location come together for an easygoing Florida getaway. Just two blocks from Santa Barbara Boulevard and one block south of Veterans Parkway, the home puts grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and golf just minutes away.



Step inside to a spacious, welcoming living room designed for relaxing and gathering with family and friends. Comfortable furnishings create an inviting place to unwind after a day of exploring, while the thoughtfully designed layout offers easy movement throughout the home.



Outside, enjoy your own private oasis with a sparkling pool, brand-new hot tub, and outdoor dining area. Spend sunny afternoons lounging poolside, soak in the hot tub, or fire up the grill for an alfresco meal. Beach towels, a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and several coolers are also provided, making beach days easy and convenient.



Complimentary Pool & Hot Tub Heating: Pool heat is included year-round, with the pool temperature set to 86°F. Hot tub heat is also included year-round, with the hot tub temperature set to 101°F.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.



All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).



Please do not use bleach or Tide products when doing laundry due to allergies.



The air-conditioning thermostat is locked but can be set between 70-78 degrees.



There is a garage space with a garage door opener available. Four spaces are available in the driveway.
