Inside, enjoy a bright, comfortable layout, fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Direct TV offering 164 channels of live television, and sliding doors that bring the outdoors in. Step outside to your private screened in heated pool and tropical-inspired lanai featuring a Tiki bar, new 55" flatscreen TV and plenty of space to lounge or dine. Just beyond the pool, the private dock overlooks a peaceful freshwater canal—the perfect backdrop for your Cape Coral getaway!

Fort Myers, Downtown Cape Coral, and area attractions are just a short drive away, making this a great home base for exploring the area or simply enjoying the Florida sunshine.



Getting Around:

This property is located just north off of Pine Island Road, which is one of the main means of transportation to local dining, grocery stores, and supermarkets. This home is about 30-45 minutes from the large beaches (Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island).
