A management fee of €730 will be charged for mid-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

## Neighborhood

Ideally located in a 8 min walk from the beach and a 10 min bus ride to the centre, the Palais du Festival and the Vieux-Cannes, you will be able to profit of several restaurants, bars, beaches and of course all the local shops in the residence and around the flat.
