FANTASTIC condo at Playa Marlin. Gorgeous views from top floor, poolside bar and grill - easy shopping and great restaurants all within a 5-minute walk. Very easy to access, 24/7 security and locked gates private beach access. We will return for sure!

Very nice place. I appreciated the good pots and pans as I cook most meals. They were well taken care of and we had everything we needed for cooking. View was great and I loved the location across from the grocery store. Good security as well. Neighborhood was safe.

Overall was a very good stay and value for money in the area. The apartment was well laid out and provided a great amount of space for a family of 4. Communication and checking in and out was a breeze. I am particular to cleanliness and found I needed to clean a few areas more to my comfort level. The location was easy for r1/r2 bus access to go almost anywhere and local walking for groceries and necessities. The building common areas, pools were well maintained and constantly being cleaned. Some areas do have construction in units but this did not affect our stay. Views were spectacular and beach was clean. Would recommend.

The location, customer service and layout of the home was fantastic. The reasons we did not provide 5 stars were due to very inconsistent hot water and issues with the toilets; the upper bathroom shower only had hot water for 1 out of the 6 nights, and the lower had it for 3 nights. We put in a service request and someone came immediately, but the problem still persisted after that. Additionally, the toilets took 2-3 flushes per use to work.

Wonderful stay with a few caveats

My son and I had a lovely time at this place. It is very beautiful and the staff super helpful. I've only take 1 star off because the toilet issue was a bit of a pain, but hopefully it will be resolved for the next visitors. It seems more of a pipe/toilet issue because it was in both bathrooms. For transparency we had little things like the wifi going out and the washer was being wonky, the a/c had an issue too, but all were resolved quickly by the staff. Everyone is super friendly and we felt safe. I was there alone with my ten year old so safety was important to me. It was also very quiet which we appreciated coming from NYC. We would definitely stay again and recommend it (if you're a go with the flow) type of person. If you tend to be more controlling and perfectionistic, this place might not be for you. But you'd be missing out on waking up to beautiful sunrises and cooking while watching the sunset. And if something goes wonky, you'll get to meet the wonderful staff, so it balances out. I'm grateful to all who helped our stay be more pleasant. Thanks again!

Perfect Getaway with Amazing Hosts and Stunning Views

We had an amazing time staying at this condo with our friends! The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful—perfectly located for catching stunning sunrises and enjoying dinner by the bay at sunset.Karina and David Lee, the hosts, were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for restaurants and excursions. Elizabeth, the office manager, went above and beyond—she even helped us recover our lost drone from the beach!I absolutely loved this condo and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Amazing views!

We had a lovely stay in David & Karina’s unit. David answered our emails promptly. As others have said, the views are spectacular. Pool areas very tidy and not over crowded. Lots of good restaurants within easy walk. Unit was well equipped. We were there to spend a milestone birthday for my husband. The bottle of bubbly and birthday greeting were a lovely and unexpected touch.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was as is in pictures. Kitchen was great. The only thing I have to say, and I know someone else also said this in other review, the bedding downstairs bedroom needs to be changed. Wonderful stay

The property is in an absolutely perfect location. Very nice, very comfortable, very clean. Hosts were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. Right across the street from a grocery store and other businesses. Great restaurants, close by, Particularly El Fish Fritangga. . The view from the condo could not be beat. The pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off after being in the sun.

Amazing Stay

The time was amazing but unfortunately the security guard Anna picked on us the whole time, which is really weird because I've never had anybody do that to us.Construction every day at 8:00AM was not a great sound to wake up to. Regardless Daniel at the snack bar, he's a genuine great person. He is the best friend you could ever meet and whose family is wonderful. Treated us like family, not even knowing English. The property was great and had everything you could want besides an umbrella and a little cooler to take to the beach. I hope to book again and bring family and friends. The beach right there is absolutely beautiful even on the gloomy days after the hurricane.

Well-Appointed Condo in Prime Location

Condo comes complete with the most stunning views of the ocean. Location of the condo was perfect as it is right next to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, various activities, and bus stops. The unit was well-appointed with many things that make it feel like your home away from home. Owner communication was timely and helpful. Nearby onsite manager was a bonus. The ONLY issue we had with the condo was the inability to cool the second floor bedroom down to a temperature that was comfortable for sleeping. We used fans to try and circulate the air, kept the curtains and bedroom door closed the whole time, but the room never dropped much in temperature or humidity level. If you are used to the temps & high humidity or if you will be staying on the first floor during your stay, this will not be an issue for you. Downstairs split AC's worked very well. If we could have been able to get the temp. / humidity down during the night we would have rated the condo 10 out of 10 or 5 stars without hesitation.

Highly Reccomend this place!

This condo was absolutely perfect. Owners provided perfect information. Views were amazing from the 7th floor. And they had a little cart so you can pack up for the day to hit the beach or one of the three pools. Location was absolutely perfect with large grocery store right across street or convenience store just outside gate. Walking distance to Ferris Wheel and aquarium. i would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Loved this place

Great location. Close to convenience store, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, etc. We did 2 tours and the bus picked us up right outside the condo complex. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome response from the owners. Incredible view of the water from both bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again.
