'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. 'Great hotel if you’re staying in town for business. A spacious room with a great bed and a good shower. I would have liked a thicker comforter; hotel beds are often quite cold and I don’t like sleeping with the heat on. Room is not cleaned unless specifically requested the day before, which was fine for me. I did not get breakfast so I cannot comment on the quality.'
