'We wanted a relaxing holiday, somewhere peaceful, and this villa ticked all the boxes. Clearly furnished with love, equipped with everything you need (a coffee machine AND coffee pods!), a beautiful pool, and an amazing view over to Assisi.The owners were welcoming, and Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assisi isn't really within walking distance, but Daniela recommended a great driver, and there are some pretty villages and towns not too far away.'

'Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... 'Samen met onze kinderen hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Casciano. De villa ligt midden tussen de zonnebloemvelden op een zeer rustige locatie met prachtige uitzichten. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, er is ook een gas BBQ aanwezig in de schuur waar wij dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. In de slaapkamers staan bedden met een goed matras. Er waren problemen met de Wifi. Onze contact persoon heeft er alles aangedaan om die te verhelpen, wat helaas niet is gelukt. De weg...

'Het huis met zwembad is erg mooi gelegen tussen de Italiaanse heuvels vol met graan en zonnebloemvelden. In het huis is alles aanwezig voor een goed verblijf. En zeker qua keukenspullen mist er niks. In de omgeving van het huis liggen genoeg dorpjes, stadjes en stranden voor veel vermaak.'

The swimming pool is what you expect, large, well-maintained and plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. 'Barbara was a wonderful, caring, responsive host! She had yummy treats waiting for us on arrival. Her place was really enjoyed by our whole family. It is a beautiful setting! 'We spent a wonderful week at Domus Clara! The communication with Luisa was very easy and she always responded right away. The house is lovely with everything you would need for your stay. It is centrally located so easy to visit various towns and villages in Umbria each day. The layout of the house was great for our family of 3 with our daughter having her own en suite room. But it is really the outside spaces that make this home awesome! It was very hot during our visit and the pool was great...

"The house and its surroundings are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. A very comfortable stay for our group of two families with adult children with various bedrooms to choose from. Views are stunning and the house is very well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Everything else you need can be found in San Severino Marche, a 12 mins drive from the house. Highly recommend a yoga session with Stefano, and Francesca cooked a fabulous birthday dinner with her team. Thank you to Alessandro and Riccardo for the warm welcome and assistance throughout.
