Built in 1877, this beautiful end of terrace Victorian home (affectionately known as “Mrs Andrews”) has been lovingly renovated to provide a relaxing and elegant stay in the centre of Cambridge, with superfast wifi and modern amenities provided. The house is light and spacious, and furnished to a high standard with a diverse mix of antique furnishings and paintings.

Mrs Andrews sits within a delightful courtyard setting where free parking is provided for guests and your own private patio garden. This is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk away.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed
The bedrooms feature a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, with basic toiletries provided including shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.

CHILLING:
Well appointed and comfortable open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 30 inch Smart TV inside antique TV cabinet. Your favourite Streaming Apps are installed – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, Apple TV. Own account required to stream over the superfast wifi provided for free.

EATING:
The well equipped kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is a dedicated free parking spot available for guests to use during their stay. This is located within a courtyard located behind the property and inside a private and secure gated area.


OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated just off Chesterton Road and a short stroll to the River Cam and Jesus Green for riverside walking, jogging, or have a swim at one of Europe’s largest outdoor swimming pools. There are large open parks along the river and a kids playground. It is also a short walk to all of Cambridge’s main sights, colleges and museums. There are numerous restaurants, pubs and cafes on your doorstep, and a Co-Op supermarket less than a minute walk for basic necessities. Regular buses along Chesterton Road with direct access into the city centre.

My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.
