Summary: Not satisfied Rooms are clean and up to date. Location in Manila is good. However, don't expect availability of the free parking. Not able to connect to the wifi. There is no hot water in the rooms. Staff of room service will blaim their mistakes on the customer and charge wrong. Many flaws for a visit of one night only.

Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. The housekeeping left us cute towel art on our beds every day, we loved it. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi. Luckily there is a mcdonalds right next to the entrance and on the other side of the street you find a SM (shoppingmall). They take the Security seriously and check everyone who enters the hotel which give you a secure feeling.
