'Beautiful and perfect location for a couple. Right on the beach, low-key environment, short walk to the wonderful bars, restaurants, and nightlife on Flagler Ave. Private 'beaching area' just for salty mermaid only. Rent a golf cart / e-bike and explore. Only complaint was shower head, needs a new one. Other than that, perfect for us on our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you!'

'Great historic hotel right on the river bank. The room was nice with a good size bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but otherwise comfortable. There is not really a lot of shelve space, so if you're not travelling light, you might struggle to unpack. Every room has a nice terras. The pool is clean, but unheated. Breakfast is at The Mermaid Cafe, 2 door down from the hotel, and it can get very busy there later in the morning. Come early if you want a guaranteed table. Coffee and tea...
