This beautiful 1 1/2 story home with 4 bedrooms features a king size bed in master, a queen and 2 full beds in the upstairs and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The finished basement is the 4th bedroom with 3 full beds and a full bathroom. The home is located on 3 1/2 acres of property with gorgeous mountain views and a private swimming pool for your use. The large driveway allows for parking multiply vehicles and boats. You can have your boat in the water in a matter of minutes or lounge by the pool. We have a baby bed and high chair located in the master bedroom closet for use if you have an infant. Very peaceful property, next to a cattle pasture. My wife and I enjoyed coffee together in the mornings on the back deck. Lots of space for our family during our stay. The pool is somewhat small, but we made good use of it and very much enjoyed it. There are lots of towels available, and the washer and dryer came in quote handy throughout the week. There are TV's in the living room, the master bedroom, and the basement. The location is excellent for quick access to Sunset Marina. The area around Dale Hollow is not as commercially developed as I would have expected, which was a nice change of pace, but keep that in mind with your own expectations. Restaurants do not keep late hours, especially during the week (most close at 8PM), and you typically have to drive between 20-60 minutes, depending on what you like to eat. We found several restaurants we enjoyed though. Dale Hollow was beautiful! The weather was fantastic for the day we rented a pontoon boat from Sunset Marina, and we had a wonderful time on the water. Charles reached out and left me a voicemail shortly after our arrival, and even though we ended up not needing him for anything during our stay, I have no doubt he would have taken care of any issues throughout our week.

Great location that is close to Sunset Marina. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice gas grill. We enjoyed both the covered front and back porches. The grandkids loved the pool. It was shaded in the morning and late afternoon which was so nice! The home is very clean and comfortable!

Property was perfect for our family weekend at the lake. Just a short drive to Starpoint marina. Plenty of sleeping areas for everyone in our family. Property was very clean.

This property was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had one good day of weather and spent it on the lake, however, the girls would have loved some pictures by the pool—it looked as if maybe it was in the process of being drained and then just left. It was green and not covered for winter yet. There is a nice fire pit area that we took advantage of several nights. Bring your own chairs! The driveway is a little narrow, but has ample parking. The only other “issue” we had was finding the trash cans outside for pickup. The detached garage has a do not enter sign, but that is where the trash cans were located. Overall, we had an amazing trip with lots of memories made and would absolutely stay here again.

Overall nice place. There was nothing placed on top of trash can to keep animals out as instructed. The only trash can in barn for trash removal was full upon arrival with open trash all over barn floor-looked like it had been there for awhile. Pool could use a good cleaning.

We have loved coming to visit with you guys for several years now. This property has a little bit of something for everyone. The beautiful pool, picturesque atmosphere, and the feeling of being right at home is exactly what you want when you’re spending time with your family. The host is always very friendly and welcoming, very responsive to any and all needs as they may arise. We have always been very pleased with our stay and will continue to visit in the future.

First, we will be back. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was perfect for our group. We look forward to renting again so that we can enjoy the pool, unfortunately, it was too cold this time. The house had everything, large serving platers & bowls, room, and seating, we needed to entertain our family that lives in the area. Lots of room for all. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay!

My daughter and son stayed here with their kids (my grandkids) and two small dogs. The house was nice in the fact that there was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was a nice touch and the kids especially enjoyed that. The location was great in that it was close to Sunset Marina, the grocery store and some restaurants. The owners were quick to responnd if we had any issues or questions.

Wonderful property and owners! House and property are exactly as described. Very close to marina. Plenty of room and the pool is a special bonus! Easy check in and out, owners very responsive to our questions. We had to bring our dog at the last minute and the owners were very cool about it. Hope we get to visit again!! Truly fantastic!!
