This flat has been completely renovated. Functional, it has all the necessary comfort to satisfy you. Ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends or for professionals passing through this beautiful village, in the heart of the wine route.

Living room:
After climbing the three steps inside the apartment, you will enter the living room. It features a sofa bed (190 x 130 cm), a connected flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. The dining table, with two stools (as well as two folding stools if needed), can also be used as a desk area. Books and board games are available in the TV cabinet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle (tea and coffee available), cereal dispenser (cereals available), top fridge.

We also provide you with the essentials for your arrival (salt, pepper, a few spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar) and leave it up to you to replenish these items as needed during your stay.

Bathroom :
The bathroom has a large shower, a vanity unit with mirror, a towel warmer and a toilet (a roll of toilet paper is available). A top 5kg washing machine and washing powder are available. You will also find a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with duvet and a chest of drawers.

An ironing board, an iron and a small Tancarville are at your disposal.

Cellar:
On request when booking, bicycles can be parked in the cellar (secure room). Access is via a key box.

Access : You will have access to the entire property. Although located on the raised ground floor, there are steps to access it. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Neighborhood :
Local shops and supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away on foot.
You can park in the free car park of the town hall, less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation, or in the free car park of the village hall, 3 minutes walk away.
A bicycle rack is available at the town hall.
A bike rack is available in the town hall car park. We have also installed a bike rack in the cellar (secure room, access via a key box).
Charging points for electric cars are available in the car park of the Super U supermarket and the Buxy cooperative cellar.
