Also a selection board games ,walking maps and books. Separate dining room with a extendable table ,positioned to take in the views ,this room also benefits from a large fireplace with log burner and addition seating. New modern kitchen with built in appliances, including integrated dishwasher ,washer , fridge with built in freezer compartment ,and a good range of kitchen equipment for cooking any meal. Outside boiler/boot room, with tumble dryer ,ideal for drying wet muddy boots and coats .Large lockable shed ,which has lighting, ideal for storing bikes .
