'On street parking. Room was immaculate. Bed mattress was wonderful. I slept well. Bathroom and needed supplies was perfect. Tea and coffee service was average. Lex the 3PM front desk person was outstanding. The morning staff needs to be better versed as to where breakfast shops are. I was told that they didn't live locally and had no idea. I did have a early flight and tea wasn't available until 6:30 am. I thought that was a available 24 hours . '

'I would like to mention a few serious concerns from my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not what I expected. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, which immediately gave a poor first impression and made the room feel poorly maintained. Another very upsetting situation happened in the parking lot. We experienced a very friendly and courteous staff who were so ready to work with us.
