'Nice hotel in the form of a little palace. Lovely direct view to the coast. For the personnel nothing was too much. Nice hotel when you come as a couple. '

'The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

'Burntisland House is rather old, but well maintained. Room was clean and had a lot of space. Railway station is just a 5 minutes walk, with a direct train to Edinburgh. '

'We were lucky that there was still a room available with view on Edinburgh Castle. Everything we wanted to visit was within 30 minutes walking distance and the bus and tram to and from the airport stop close by. It's a nice acccomodation when you don't mind living out of your suitcase for a couple of days. The bathroom was very tiny. '

'De locatie ligt op loopafstand bij Leithstreet. Dit is een enorme winkelstraat in een multiculturele wijk. Er zijn eetgelegenheden uit alle hoeken van de wereld, verder zijn er enorm veel winkels en boetieken met een zeer gevarieerd aanbod. Dit alles geeft een erg bruisende en levendige sfeer weer waarmen zicht snel thuisvoelt. Verder is Leithstreet de toegangspoort tot Old town Princesstreet en The Royal Mile. Edinburgh is een adembenemende stad voor elk wat wils!!!!'
