'House had all we needed for our short stay. Good communication with the host. Excellent base for exploring Fife.On a main road, so some road noise, but this did not bother us.'

'This place is perfect! Clean, beautiful and wonderful location! It’s nearby the golf course, and very easy to get to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Francesco is always friendly and helpful. We had a very good time there and we definitely would come back again!'

'We live in Edinburgh but had to book somewhere to stay while we were having work done at our house and Sycamore Cottage was perfect for four of us. The bedrooms are really spacious and the kitchen is really well equipped which isn’t always the case in self catering accommodation. We didn’t think we’d need to use the log burner but a typical Scottish spring meant we used it a few nights and there was plenty of logs left for it. Easy to drive into Edinburgh or can get the train from Gorebridge....

'Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. '

'Ons verblijf was zeer goed. Huisje is in een rustige omgeving, zeer volledig ingericht en hele gastvrije huiseigenaren. Wij hadden een huurauto en binnen 35 minuten waren we in Edinburgh.'
