'We had an amazing stay at Oceans. The view from our room was outstanding , it overlooking the beach and the esplanade which was always a hive of activity, with shops and restaurants directly below. The terrace was huge and undercover which was a bonus in the very hot weather. The apartment was 2 bedrooms and the living area was huge. 'We were on Level 9. The unit was spotless when we arrived for 9 days. We were surprised by the range of cooking appliances and utensils, although the crockery was largely a collection of oddments and drinking glasses could be better selected. We liked the unit running from the verandah on the back to the balcony on the front - great cross-ventilation. The carparking is a bit tricky but we had under-cover parking for our whole stay. The pool and surrounds were very well maintained and inviting....

We had some issues when we tried to stay here the first time but when I complained they responded very quickly and then gave us a complimentary stay and refund! They didn’t have to do that but I’m so impressed that they did. Would highly recommend this hotel! '
