'Great stay for families'

'I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold.'

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. 'The bar was the best thing about the stay. The bar tender was very nice. Although the older lady working at the front desk was very rude at check in and through out my stay with them. I asked and paid for a king room with a kitchenette but she rudely gave me a standard king room. I will never stay there again!'

'The 1st room I was checked into smelled so bad! Like wet dogs were left in the room and it was full of flies. It was the most disgusting mess ever, so then I was moved to another room with no towels, no toilet paper and the a/c didn't work at all. I went down to ask if someone could just look at the a/c and was immediately told I could just be refunded there were no other available rooms. But I walked by 10-12 rooms that were empty cuz you know they leave the curtains open. This was 12:45am on...

'Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Parking was a bit tight, but okay. All rooms seemed to be on the 2nd and 3rd floors with the reception desk and breakfast area on the first floor. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Rooms had carpet.'
