Nice little apartment in a beautiful setting, what a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Communication was exceptional and all though we only stayed one night, It was a wonderful time.
This property has a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed the apartment, especially the porch. If you like Italian food, I would definitely recommend Pasqualino's, it was amazing!
We loved staying here. The most gorgeous sunsets every night. The house is very roomy, great big table for puzzles and cozy living room. The host was super responsive and helpful. The location is very close to everything in town. A quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad.
This was an amazing place to stay at, because it was peaceful and quiet. Everything like stores and restaurants was close by. Small insect issues, but we enjoyed our stay overall. Would book again.
You will be alone, which is what we were looking for.We were also completely new to Smoking Mountains. And this is exactly the place you start to know it.A lot of possibilities to hike, to go by car. And if youâre lazy (sorry) you can enjoy getting information through Internet, WI-FI is excellent at the place.
Directions to property and entry were precise. The view was gorgeous and the property was clean. We stayed overnight for the Polar Express experience and it was very convenient to the railroad.
Great Property in beautiful location, only minor issues.
This property was in a beautiful location and a great layout inside for a young family with kiddos that need lots of room to play. Very clean, and plenty of linens, and nice size kitchen for a short visit. Very convenient to downtown and the railroad, about a 6 minute drive for us. However, my biggest issue for the residence was the overwhelming artificial fragrance from plug-ins and air fresheners. Our child with asthma was struggling with the overwhelming artificial fragrance and linen fragrance. Our bags and clothes even held onto the fragrance and I had to wash everything, even the clean unused clothes when we got home. Check-in was also changed to an hour later on us 25minutes before we were arriving, Iâm assuming because of delayed cleaning. We had picked this location specifically for the earlier checkin so that was problematic for us, but hopefully a one time issue. Overall a very nice stay, but would need less air fresheners and less fragrances linen detergent to return.
We enjoyed our first family visit to North Carolina. It was right around the corner from everything we needed. Plenty of room for the kiddos to run wild inside.
We had a great stay at this hidden gem in Bryson City. The location is wonderful - on a hill with a fantastic unobstructed view of the mountains. The sunsets and stargazing were amazing. Both mornings and nights were spent sitting around the fire enjoying the view.
The space was spacious and very clean. We were happy to have a comfortable king-size bed to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we needed, and was stocked with a nice variety of K-Cups, which was much appreciated since we are big coffee drinkers.
We loved that we were close to downtown. It's walkable, but the road leading down the hill might be a little risky with blindspots - so we drove. Bryson City is charming with several nice shops and restaurants.
Dan was a great host and responded quickly whenever I had a question.
Thank you for a great stay - we will definitely like to stay there again! :)
Perfect location, amazing views with cozy feelings!
Convenient location, amazing views, and cozy feelings. Whether youâre looking to relax, ride the GSMR train, or horseback riding. This is the place for you. Located within 5 minutes from the center of Bryson City. Lots of different things to do, and explore. It was beautiful, the views from the back porch were definitely our favorite!
Good place to stay with our dog. The only suggestion is that it would be nice to have an iron available and the walking area around the place was limited since the road was curvy and didn't have space on the sides to walk our dog.
The place is bigger than anticipated and furnished well and met our needs. The view from the deck area and through the windows is beautiful. The walk to town is relatively short, but coming back is all uphillđ
My dad & I really enjoyed our stay and time here! Great location, close to all the activities we did in Bryson City, Cherokee, & up in the Great Smoky Mountains. The train rides by once a day at 10:30 am, and it is so beautiful to watch go over the bridge and the noise of the Great Smoky Railroad is beautiful. Dan was such a great host! We had to message him a time or 2 and his response time was within a minute. Thank you Dan!
