« Very nice place the room are splendd »

« The check in person was terrible. She was sweet but had no knowledge of the business. I paid beforehand and was charged twice for incidentals. The first room had one pillow and no remote and I was told the tvs were down. Then tried to shower and the water didn’t work. Had to be switched to another room and then all of a sudden it comes with a remote and working tv. First and last visit to this establishment. Oh and the indoor pool looked like something abandoned from a horror film. »

« We stayed for two nights while we visited friends in Memphis. The day was absolutely perfect! Our room was clean and the AC was cold, which we appreciated during the heat wave! Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We didn’t want for one thing. Parking was ample, and everyone was super friendly. Location is really convenient and safe. Having a target, Walmart, and other choices just within minutes of us was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again. »

« Staff was nice and helpful.. the room itself wasn't clean. Housekeeping left a used towel hanging in the shower.. it had pubic hair in the towel from use. There was blood smeared on the wall near the lightswitch. The pool was closed for maintenance (I picked the hotel because it had a pool). We went to breakfast and the floors were really sticky and nothing was cleaned up. »

« Upon arrival, the pool was off. We have to be change of bedroom two time. First because cause it’s smell smokeOn the month is a first time to the influence of water. Second because we have water a lot of water on the floor. Nobody has come to see what’s going on. We had to wipe the water with our towels. They no longer had clean towels to replace. The smell of marijuana was lingering in the hallways. The breakfast was almost absent. No more coffee, no more muffins. Only hot water and tender...

« We were very pleased with this property. The location is ideal. Everything we needed was less than a mile away—pharmacy, grocery, gas station, church, restaurants, the residences of our family members, etc. The amenities were superior, complete with daily breakfast, pool, gym, etc. Best of all was the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly from the very start. We told the manager that fully 8-10 employees greeted us with a warm welcome and each person indicated their readiness to help make...
