This 1925 craftsman-bungalow has 12+ palm trees that span across the spacious corner lot and proudly offers plenty of room for your little ones and furry friends to run around. The space
This +1,200 sq. ft. fully renovated and remodeled one level, open floor plan, 3 bed 2 bath home boasts BRAND. NEW. EVERYTHING. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials. The kitchen cutout overlooks the living room and extends to the bar top that seats 3. It is situated near the dining table fit for four to accommodate your group of up to 7 for a seated dinner- your group will have the perfect set up for your nights in.
Natural lighting is a highlight of this home- there are 22 windows throughout the house, bright and airy to liven up your stay.

The bedrooms, with new mattresses of quality and fresh linens, are sure to give you the good night rest you deserve. Rest comfortably knowing that in the morning hours, brightness will not be an issue as we have blackout curtains in every bedroom.

The living room features a 65” swivel mounted TV, plenty of seating and an overall high-end yet timeless decorum.
Step out front on the oversized screened porch (sure to keep the pesky summertime bugs away) for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Porch swing, rocking chairs, and cafe lights are the social gathering spot you’re looking for!

Where you’ll sleep:
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed

Bedroom 2 is known as the master and has a king bed

Bedroom 3 is a daybed with two twin mattresses, one on top and a trundle underneath. The trundle rolls out and can be left side by side below the top twin OR can be popped up to meet with the top twin to create a king bed. In other words, it can be used as two smaller separate beds or 1 large bed. When the trundle is in use, it takes up the majority of the floor space and therefore there is limited mobility around the room. Please keep this in mind when booking.
