'This is an older hotel, well situated near two interstate highways (I-70 and I-470) There is an excellent Texas Roadhouse restaurant within walking distance across the street. The room I had was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water in the bath/shower. All I could ever get out of it was warm water, although the water in the sink was hot. It seemed to be an issue with the control valve for the bath/shower. The air conditioning functioned well.'

'Checking in was fast and smooth. We had two king bedroom suite which was very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very very good. Much better than most hotels. They had the usual things but then had tacos which were really good. Would absolutely recommend Homewood Suites.'

'The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain. It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price...

'The local was good other than that the bathroom floor in the room was falling apart. The room had flys pool and workout room was closed coffee was cold and was going to take a hour to get fresh.'

'Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay'
