« We returned back to room yesterday late afternoon to find our room had not been serviced. Phone in room did not work to call front desk. My husband went down and found desk clerk who then procured fresh towels. I made the bed myself but the bathroom remained as it was, ie not cleaned. This I found to be totally unacceptable . »

« The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great. »

« Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming. »
