This home is absolutely amazing and beautiful. We had a large family in town for a wedding. I honestly didn't realize how large/spacious this home was when I was booking. Everything is so spread out and roomy. Our family really enjoyed the theater room since the world cup was also taking place while we were there. We even saw a moose and several deer move through the back yard while we were outside enjoying the back patio. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to answer any and all questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is a great vacation home. It can easily handle multiple families with privacy for everyone. We loved that all bedrooms had private bathrooms with showers. Five of the bedrooms are on the main floor, another plus. There’s a fabulous pool table in one room, a poker table in another and, oh yeah, a grand piano in the living room. You can stream music throughout the house and control the volume by room. We kept so busy just visiting we didn’t feel the need for the fabulous home theater and vast library of movies but they were available. Support was prompt and very helpful. All told, this was a premium experience for our entire clan. Simply amazing… Thanks again.

This place is even bigger in real life. We very much enjoyed staying and we had everything we needed except snow. Lol. But that’s not the fault of the owners. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Fall break

Outstanding property, very large open spaces, great for a large group. We were a group of 20, everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen is well suited to feed and serve that large of a group. Loved this property.

Great for our family.

This was a great property for family to stay. We had children along and there was plenty of room. The hot tub, theater and pool table were nice when the weather wasn't good for outdoor activities.

Family Gathering

We had a wonderful stay! More room than we knew what to do with! Nicely secluded but still convenient to town. It was a bit chilly for our July stay so the hot tub was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Another plus with small grandchildren was that the backyard was fenced and contained so outdoor playtime was low stress.

Best VRBO in Breck

Every summer I host a small retreat for business owners. And we have stayed at a half-dozen spots over the years, and this was our favorite by far. The house is spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and right next to some hiking trails. And our communication with the hosts was excellent.

This property is larger than appears in photographs. All guests in our party had plenty of space. A few in our party are musical and enjoyed the Steinway piano! It was an added bonus!

Incredible property for a family reunion. So large that all 3 families had their own private sleeping areas. The kids thought they were staying in a castle. So many features that made this place extra special. Expansive views, electric shades, huge fireplace, movie theater, hot tub, incredible kitchen/entertainment areas with 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and massive, top of the line appliances. Separate office, billiard, and poker rooms gave people private spaces for conversations or work related activities. Master bedroom has steam shower and attached sitting room with a private balcony. Very cool.

Our 50th wedding anniversary celebration

Overall the property was great. Some minor maintenance issues(lights that barely worked, outlets that won't hold plugs, screens that were ripped or broken, kitchen island garbage disposal we couldn't get to work, two of the three ice makers didn't work), but nothing that make the property undesirable. Great layout allowed our 14 people to be under one roof but also to spread out when some alone or quiet time was needed. Beautiful views. Conveniently located to town. Well appointed kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gold King Retreat was beyond amazing! Plenty of space and fun for our group of 14. 60th Wedding Anniversary stay

We had a great week celebrating our parents 60th anniversary. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all 19 of us! Very clean house and well equipped kitchen. We used the hot tub everyday and grilled dinner multiple nights. Fireplace was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time as a family here. Would recommend this property to everyone. Only negative is house gets very hot so don’t crank up the heat when you get there! Basement stays very warm!

Beautiful home. Pictures are an accurate representation of the house. Our only concern was the lack of air conditioning. We knew this, but the evenings were a little warmer than anticipated. Excluding the air conditioning, the house was perfect location for our family get together.

Family Christmas Getaway

Property was clean, beautuful, and fully equipped. Our family of 14 enjoyed our stay. Andrew was a great help when we had a bathroom issue in one of the rooms. They sent a tech out to evaluate the problem. Our only disappointment was the projector was broken and we did not get to enjoy the theater room, which was a selling feature for the house.

Cozy, Luxury Mountain Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for our wedding and had 15 people staying. From first walking in the door the property takes your breath away. Our family had the best time running around the house exploring, enjoying the breathtaking backyard, and seeing wildlife! We did a majority of our wedding photos on the property because it was so beautiful! Many morning we saw moose in the front yard & had a fox visit us in the backyard! Everyone had a wonderful, comfortable, and unforgettable stay!
