There were 5 couples that stayed here. The location of this home is very quiet and relaxing. I would stay here again just for the amazing views it has to offer. The home is very accomodating, clean and beautifully decorated. The bonus is every bedroom has it's own on-suite bathroom. We only stayed here three nights so we didn't take advantage of all the amenities that were offered. Definitely would stay here again.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our family. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom was nice for everyone. The kids bunk room was so fun for them. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!!

Christmas break getaway

Place was Beautiful. Great location and very clean. Plenty of space for a large family. Only complaint was there was no indoor pool which was in the listing when we booked and we had asked about it before booking. Aside from that everything was perfect!

Elevated Views

Six family members across 3 generations stayed for 4 nights. Property can easily accommodate up to 14 (depending on age/relations). Lake views were actually better than expected. Large living areas on two floors would be great for larger crowds. We didn't end up using many of the amenities (e.g. fire pit, hot tub, grill, pool) but glad to have the option. Email/Text rules/instructions from property manager RentBranson.com differed from what was posted in the home, which was odd, but didn't disrupt our visit. And in some cases the experience was better (e.g. website said no beach towels provided, so we packed; then just inside the front door were baskets containing 10 beach towels). Plenty of parking for larger parties, and clean/comfortable floorplan to accommodate a big group. Nicely decorated, with pleasant features like dual climate controls & two washers/dryers. Overall, nice property.

Girl's Trip Celebrating Our 60s.

The property is perfect for a family or group of singles that like a little privacy (own bathroom). The house was immaculate. We enjoyed the firepit and the hot top, just wish we had more time to use them. The beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen had every thing we needed.

Fantastic Getaway!!!

The house that we stayed at was an absolutely gorgeous property! The house allowed everyone to have their own space without being right on top of each other. The view was awesome (understatement of the year)! It was close enough to everything, but far enough away that you weren't impacted by traffic and noise. Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY we will be back!

Great Thanksgiving Family Trip

The property was exactly as described. It was great for 6 adults and 2 children to spread out and still have plenty of room. Loved the extra touches from a fully stocked kitchen to toys/games and amazing Christmas decorations! The double-sided fireplace, rockers and amazing sunsets cannot be beat. LOVED IT!

Branson family vacation

This property worked really well for our extended family - our 2 married children (each with 2 young children), and my husband and myself. Plenty of bedrooms and a large dining and living room on the ground floor. Back porch was great for relaxing and enjoying views of the lake. Highly recommend.

View, location

The view from the house is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the boats on the lake. The house has no homes behind it, which gives it more privacy. It is above the main road that goes below it so the traffic noise is minimal. The pool was great, perfect temperature. We enjoyed the changing lights at night. The house is a short drive from the main attractions. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom, plus a public half bath on the two lower levels was wonderful with 8 people. The towels were wonderful , soft & fuffy, the kitchen fully equipped. There were laundry pods for you to wash your own clothing in either of the two laundry areas. After the first day we were calling the house, home. There were no pucks for the air hockey game, when wer arrived, I emailed Andrew about it and he was there with new ones within half an hour!! Great place we would all recommend staying there!

Fantastic House with a lovely view of the lake!

We stayed over memorial day weekend at this fantastic house. The house had plenty of space for all of our guest. We had 6 adults (ages 41-66) and 4 children (ages 10-17) and everyone was comfortable. It had two washers and dryers for everyone to use which was awesome. Plenty of hot water for showers and the hot tub downstairs was a plus. This view is really great for this house. We did have neighbor stay next to us the whole time we were there and we could not hear them inside the house at all which was great. The adults love the patio on the middle floor anytime we were home to enjoy it. The kids enjoyed the PlayStation downstairs and they huge projection screen. The kids also love the air hockey table. The communication with the host was really great. He was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions that I had. While we were there we visited Top of the Rock and did a golf cart tour which was so nice. If you go there and make sure you go early so you’re not waiting in a long line it’s very close to the house. The second day we went to the aquarium in Springfield. It was awesome and well worth the trip back to Springfield. The third day we went to copperhead mountain and ride the roller coaster end of the extreme zip line. As anything get there early. Reserve your tickets online if you can. We also rented a boat that day from Indian Point Marina, and they were super nice and helpful. They rent boats by the hour. The last day we went to the Titanic in Museum!

This house was awesome!! Very clean and the perfect set up for our family. Plenty of bathrooms and my family loved the hot tub! Stocked well and perfect for us. Probably the best vrbo we’ve stayed in. Only complaint was our maps didn’t take us to the property and we spent a while trying to find it. But as soon as I called he was able to send us a pin and we then we drove right to it.

Beautiful house and view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was super helpful and fast to respond. We were there for a week for a softball tournament. We had three families staying at the house. We had plenty of room for everyone and each room has its own bathroom which is wonderful! The kitchen is equipped with lots of supplies. We appreciated the “extra” things left in the house for our use including extra garbage bags, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The house was clean and the view is beautiful. If I had any suggestions, it would be these…I would like to have had more than 2 towels per bathroom. I had to do laundry each day to have enough and that was hard to keep up while being gone to games and such so much. It would be nice to have a garbage can downstairs in the living area. The addition of an ice machine would also be nice. We didn’t have a convenient way to get ice for coolers and the kitchen fridge doesn’t hold much ice at a time. But overall, we loved the house. It’s clean, beautiful, and roomy. The beds were comfy. We would stay again! Thanks for being so accommodating!
