« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Unit was spacious and relatively clean with most things being in working order. One of the double bathroom sinks was clogged and shower floor was disgustingly dirty. That being said, the rest of the unit was almost comfortable and certainly utilitarian. We did not the amenities of the properties but there seemed to be a copious selection. The one thing I particularly abhorred was upon check in, I was directed to a mandatory concierge and to my persistent objections, was told that her high...

« It was a great price, nice room, very friendly staff but outdated. The pics on-line look so much better and easy fixes to make the room better were neglected. Mattresses past their effective life, holes in walls not properly patched, and soap the worst to lather. Price to comfort ratio...still pretty good and I would go back but be prepared it is not like in the pics. (3 star needs to be maintained as a 3 star, which makes me worry if I had done a 2.5 star how old would it have been.) »
