« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

We had a wonderful stay at The Bransinn! From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The entire stay, everyone greeted us with a smile and was happy to stop and have a conversation, which made us feel right at home.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and had wonderful, comfortable beds. The hot breakfast was delicious, and the two ladies working in the breakfast area were especially friendly, efficient, and attentive.

« The room was basic. It needed to be clean although it had a strong smell of a cleaner. The bed was so hard, I was hurting the next morning. It was odd to see a guy watering the grass at almost midnight. He was also watching us which was weird. I would not stay there again. They need to replace the beds and clean up the place. »

« Our arrival at the hotel went smoothly, and the gentleman working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. However, the parking lot was located on a steep hill, which could be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility issues.
The room was outdated but decently clean. The bathroom was very small, the door wouldn’t shut completely, and the water pressure was terrible. The pool was also small, but that wasn’t a major issue for us.
