The Space:

Inside, the living room centers around a smart TV mounted above a stone fireplace, with a couch and recliner positioned for relaxing after a day of Branson adventures. The kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare meals and features stainless steel appliances, stone counters, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. A dining table for four sits nearby for meals or morning coffee. Step onto the deck for an elevated outdoor dining experience, where a table with seating for six overlooks an incredible mountain view. Bring dinner outside for an alfresco meal, linger over drinks as the landscape changes with the evening light, or simply take in the surrounding Ozark scenery from your private outdoor space.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a one level, first-floor walk down unit with 18 steps down required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools and any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Portable crib provided.



Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 25 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
