Comfortable stay, property could use a few small updates and repairs.

The property was mostly clean and comfortable. It was overall a great place to stay. However, there were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The master shower curtain was quite dirty and stinky. The master bedroom light fixture was missing, and there was a hole in the ceiling, so there was no light in the master bedroom. There was a lamp, but the bulb was burned out. The overall location was good, but there was a dilapidated vehicle in the immediate parking lot that was a bit unsettling.

Great choice!

Needed something comfortable & convenient for my family (5 adults, 1 child) for the weekend. Check in process was very comforting knowing I had all the info I needed to check in (location was a smidge confusing just because all the buildings look the same lol) we had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was very quiet all hours of the day which we enjoyed. Beds were comfy, it truly felt like a home away from home! Thank you!

Hidden Gem

Tucked away in a quiet area, we found our unit. On the outside it doesn't look fancy or modern but when we opened the door we had a beautiful, clean, roomy place that was beautiful. We stayed on the top floor of the 2 story complex so we had vaulted ceilings, a long porch that extended all across the back. We were traveling with our 18 month old and the outlets were cold protected. They had 2 pack n plays available, a box full of toys and a mini highchair. This unit was stocked with everything you needed and CLEAN! I will definitely book here again!

Mostly a good experience. Very neat and clean. Stylishly decorated. My husband loves the matress. My only complaint is that one of the towel racks in the master bath was very loose, as was the fridge handle. Minor annoyances in an overall great little place.

Very Clean and comfortable

The condo was very clean and well decorated. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit so we didn’t have to come home to dirty clothes. Our only complaint was the sheets were poor quality and had a scratchy texture to them.

Nice trip to the Ozarks.

We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Enough room to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Side note: Oven was in sabbath mode so I had to Google how to fix it. Previous guests also commented on oven not working, but I was able to get it working again thanks to Google.

Not the best!

When coming to Branson, we tend to use VRBO, as we have always been greatly impressed. Upon entering the condo, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The information provided to us said that there would be extra bedding for the pull-out couch in the master bedroom closet, but there was not an extra set of sheets to be found. We actually ended up purchasing an air mattress as the pull-out smelled terribly and did not seem very hygienic. Our first night, we had to use the extra blankets as we could not get the heater to kick on. One of the extra blankets smelled strongly of pet odor and had to be washed. The second night, it was warmer, and thankfully there were fans available as, again, the unit would not kick on. We tried every possible method of adjusting the thermostat; however, the unit would not work. Before leaving on Sunday, I contacted the management company regarding the heating and air, but the person I spoke to seemed to have an "oh well" attitude. We even left a letter regarding the issues we encountered in hopes that the next renters would not have the same issues. We enjoyed the location, as we like to stay in areas that are less busy. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items.

Not “Rave” Worthy - Don’t Recommend

We LOVED the location of the property. Walking distance from the water was a plus! The moment we walked into the condo, WREAKED of cigarette smoke. For a condo that’s listed as a “non-smoking” property, could’ve fooled me. We had to leave the door and patio open to air the place out. The pull out couch smelt like pee. That was pretty disappointing considering we had a guest that had to sleep on the couch. Air conditioning didn’t work so we left the patio door open 24/7. Definitely not worth the money spent. We will not be coming back to this property and will definitely be putting this on our “Don’t Go Back” list.
