This home comfortably sleeps 23 guests between 9 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the basement living room.

Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin-over-twin size bunk beds and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, shared with bedroom #3.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Lot parking for 6 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a three-level walk-in home. Entry to this home is located on the first floor, with 1 step up required.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located above the doorway and monitoring the front entrance area.
