The house was outstanding. It is close to everything, clean and our whole crew had a nice personal space and the kids enjoyed the bunk room where they could sleep anywhere and do their own thing. We had everything we needed. Thanks so much. The hosts were very nice to deal with also. Right next door to the pool, and the kids loved that and the adults that would supervise. We do a family trip every year for Christmas and this one did not disappoint. Thanks, the Forbis family

We had a wonderful time in Branson and this property was perfect for our family of 14. The location right next to both indoor and outdoor pools was great, the home was very clean and had lots of room for all. Close to all the attractions we were going to (Silver Dollar City, the State Park Marina, Dolly Parton Stampede, Dogwood Canyon) and nice views of Table Rock Lake. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived, and we were extremely impressed with the response by Adam and the team to correct the problem asap and their follow-up after. This was a great experience and would highly recommend, especially for large groups which are sometimes hard to plan for.

The house was clean, spacious, and well prepared for us. Beds were comfortable and clean, we had all we needed for 20 church women. The location is close to everywhere we wanted to go. Jacuzzi and swimming pool came handle for us.Tha host Adam was very responsive and readly available if we needed anything. We shall return and refer our friends to this house.

Fantastic property

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our family vacation. The cousins loved the bunk bed areas for them to stay and hang out. My Mom and Siblings/Significant others loved the rooms with their own tv and bathrooms. The convenience of the pool and playground was terrific! The kitchen and dining room space was ample for our family. We had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed that were taken care of instantly. Thank you for the lovely place to stay. I look forward to planning and staying again sometime!!!

Great family house

We had 21 people ages 6-66 and there was plenty of room. Each room having its own bathroom was so great. Plenty of seating for meals & we loved to sit on the deck that overlooks the lake.

Great spot!

Beautiful location and what a view! Nice to have AC controls on every level. Plenty of room amd bedrooms are good sizes. Bunks for the kids was fun. My kids didnt want to leave. Has its own gate access to the pool from downstairs. We did have to call and get extra towels so bring your own pool towels or hot tub towels. Plenty of parking. The hot tub is right next to the neighbors hot tub so that made it akward and we had to alrernate when we went out. But we definitely will be returning! Jad some issues with the dish washer but hopefully they get that fixed. Indoor pool was warmer than outdoor pool is not heated and chilly. But we had fun in it anyways.

Family Christmas

The house was amazing! The grandkids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, foosball and the video games. Our first family Christmas in Branson was a hit!! Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing family reunion get away

Branson Family Vacation

Our family vacation was wonderful! This huge house was perfect for the 20 of us. There is lots of space to spread out and to be together - I loved that the eating area was big enough to hold all of us together comfortably. The kids loved the pool, pickle ball, and the hot tub. And, of course, Table Rock Lake and the Branson area have lots of things to do. Thank you!!!

Perfect location

The house was perfect for our size of family, but we had issues with the outlets in kitchen area, the breaker needs to be reset, also the flat griddle needs to be replaced, didn’t work for us.

Family Vacation at Table Rock Lake

Our family of 19 people had an amazing stay at this location. Adam & Meredith were very attentive to our needs. Meredith checked in with us by text when we first arrived & Adam sent an email asking if we needed anything. When they found out we were missing the ball for our foosball table, someone dropped one off. Our family loved sitting out on the deck & enjoying the view of Table Rock Lake. This house was right next to the community pool so we had our own entrance from the bottom deck into the pool area. Property was close to everything we wanted to do (about 10-15 mins. away from activities). We will definitely be back! Thanks, Adam for sharing this great property with us!

Family reunion

Will be back! To find a place that every bedroom has a bathroom, priceless. The manager was very responsive, close to everything- cafes, grocery and silver dolllar city. Lots of parking.

Coffee maker didn’t work, but the property manager had a quick solution and was so helpful and quick to respond!! I rave about nightly vacations and will always stay at these properties over others in Branson!
