Picture perfect view of the sunset very nice place, but be aware of the elevator does not work. It does show it in notes but it should be upfront and center because we had some very heavy luggage to carry up and I missed that notation towards the end of the description of property. The other is the icemaker and water do not work in the freezer that needs to be fixed. Finally Teflon pans nonstick coated pans need to be replaced obviously other renters have used metal utensils on them and torn them up. Beds were comfortable and close places to eat. I recommend Kokonut and the Beach Café, which are right next to each other. Just a short 10 minute walk up the beach. Salt was a cool place to eat, but it was very expensive. Again though there are a lot of choices nearby. Public supermarket is about a five minute drive and there’s a CVS Walgreens dollar store and Alvin‘s beach paraphernalia store all in the same area. I would’ve given this five straight across the board except for the elevator icemaker and the nonstick pans.
