Welcome to Bay to Beach, with front row seats from both of your private lanais, you'll never miss a spectacular Anna Maria Island sunset. Bay to Beach is located in Coquina Moorings, a 14-condo complex in Bradenton Beach. The condo resort sits on the Sarasota Bay and is directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.

The bright kitchen overlooks a dining room with seating for six and additional stools at the counter. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy the bay views from the patio doors leading to the screened lanai.

The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom and private entrance to a screened lanai with incredible views of Sarasota Bay. The first guest room has a queen bed and screened lanai with amazing gulf views. The final guest room includes two twin beds. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Soak up the sun beside the heated resort pool overlooking Sarasota Bay. Bring your boat on vacation or rent a boat from one of Anna Maria Island's boat rental companies, Bay to Beach includes a private boat slip that can accommodate a boat up to 30 feet. Your private dock is also an ideal place for fishing!

Community charcoal grills are available for your use to grill your catch of the day. Dine inside or outside on your private screened lanai and take in tranquil views of Sarasota Bay.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
