'Great breakfast, great facilities'

'It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful. Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day. No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi. Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends.'

'Sea World Nara Resort was a lovely place for families. It was 100% full the night we stayed, but apart from at breakfast, it didn't feel that there were people everywhere. My problem is with Expedia who, when I rescheduled, didn't give us the same deal - we had to pay more for a premium room, but it didn't include all the extras, such as breakfast, and access to the theme parks.'

'The room was large with good amenities- kettle, bar fridge (with milk, water bottles), iron, pod coffee machine. Hotel also has a laundry, gym and pool. The standout was the breakfast buffet. There was a good selection of food, including fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, pancakes, bread and cooked breakfast foods. Also juices and tea and coffee. Food was replaced regularly. We ate at the bistro in the afternoon. There was a service and food were excellent. We got a 10% discount and a free drink....

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down 1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh.
