Enter the property through the entrance hall with a handy cloakroom for storage. The stairs to the first-floor lead into the open plan living and dining room with doors to a Juliet balcony. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen including slimline dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Take the stairs to the second-floor which leads into the first bedroom with a 6ft super king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a flatscreen TV. There are sliding doors to terrace with an outside dining area. The family shower room has a large walk-in shower. Stairs to the third-floor where you will find the master bedroom which boasts a 6ft super king size bed, fitted wardrobe and TV. The sliding doors will take you onto the balcony. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a feature bath and separate walk-in shower.

Parking - Car port for one vehicle and option to park another across front of house. (Car port max height 2.1m / max width 2.45m / length 5m). Further on-street parking, first come-first served.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Hairdryers.

Technology - WIFI. Televisions in living room and all bedrooms, all with freeview.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

The upmarket town of Westbourne (just outside Bournemouth) is a fascinating coastal village with a beautiful Victorian covered arcade. Thriving shopping district of independent boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bistro pubs. It's popular for quiet strolls to the chines that run down to the sandy beaches passing clifftop green spaces such as Argyll Gardens and Alum Chine with it's quaint suspension bridge. The beaches are just 15 minutes walk.
