Hôtel près de Bounce House (Williamsburg)

« Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. »

« Très propre. Lit confortable. Bon service. Stationnement facile. Belle piscine. »

« The staff ( a Lead Auditor, by name tag) at check in was a little rude and condescending, and continued to imply that we would make too much noise and threatening to call the police. I wasn’t quite sure why the hostility. I mentioned we were returning on a rain check to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at Busch Gardens. Instead of a welcoming response, he scowled and then gave a bunch of unpleasant disclosures that I felt had racial undertones, “so many of you”; yet only I stood at the counter...

« l'accueil ! Non seulement on m'a donné une chambre plus spacieuse mais on m'a aussi aidé à entrer mon vélo dans ma chambre »

« The picture showed the hot tub still being there but they took the hot tub out and that was the only reason I paid the ridiculous price for one night it’s not worth that much money a night. »

« Tout était impeccable, l’accueil, la chambre/suite, le petit déjeuner et le service. »

« Chambre spacieuse »

« Very nice property. For a work trip it was cheaper two bedroom two bath apartment and two separate hotel rooms. Very nice comfortable space »

« Change of ownership has made for positive changes. Beds and linens were really nice and it was cleaner than past trips. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the college. »

« Our overall experience was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot foods, and other selections were limited. Had to ask for more washcloths and hand towels every day. Asked twice for the shower gel to be refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay at a Spark again. »

« Overall great experience »

« Everything was great. »

« Property looked more like a motel and one of my friends found bugs in her breakfast »

« The room had inadequate lighting and the AC/heater did not work. »

« I booked 4 nights here thru Expedia. I stayed 2 nights, and both mornings I woke up with the worst back pain from the bed in my room. I checked out after two nights and requested a refund for the unused two nights. Hotel wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because I booked thru Expedia. Expedia wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because the hotel wouldn’t approve a waiver. I was not offered a different room or any other possible solution. I left this hotel and made alternate...

« Chambre spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Personnel très aimable et très serviable. »

« The breakfast was delicious! If the three of us had eaten out, it would have cost $60, not including the tip. They also gave you two cocktails and afternoon snacks! »

« There was no place to hang our clothes for a 5 day stay. No iron, no ironing board. Elevator in the rear of the hotel looked and sounded in need of repair. No hand rails just holes where they used to be. The elevator floor indicator lights were not functioning. The role-in - shower room we booked on Expedia was unavailable making climbing into and out of the shower difficult. We are 77 years old and nave mobility problems. The staff spoke English with such a heavy accent that we had trouble...
